But beneath the tailored suits and the smirk lies Black Mask, the sadistic crime lord of Gotham’s underworld. The carved black skull he wears is more than a symbol. Black Mask rules through fear, his brutality unmatched even among Gotham’s rogues. He revels in torture, breaking people not just physically but psychologically. He doesn’t just kill. He destroys. His motivations are rooted in hatred: hatred for Bruce Wayne, for Gotham’s elite, for anyone who dares defy him. He sees Gotham as his to mold.
